Providing excellent customer service is our number one priority. Therefore, with every clients' final invoice, S&K includes access to an Online Customer Satisfaction Survey. As a way to thank our clients for their time in completing this survey, they are offered $10 which can either be applied to their final bill, or donated to one of three charities: Children's Hospital, the American Red Cross or The Johns Hopkins Cancer Center! This feedback process is very valuable in helping us determine how we can serve our customers better and continue to improve upon our promise to deliver 100% client satisfaction.

S&K Builds Relationships Everywhere We Go

Fighting hunger requires teamwork as there are over 200,000 Marylanders turning to food assistance to avoid going hungry every year. Together with our customers, suppliers and employees, S&K organizes annual food drives to assist those in need and to help build a strong and healthy community. Other charitable programs S&K is proud to be a part of include the "Books and Bears" Program to benefit the children at Children's Hospital and the "My Soldier Program", which involves preparing packages for soldiers serving abroad.
